We worked with her for over a year now and can say we will continue with her only. No one in Alaska knows CP better, no one has ever taken the time to look into the difficult questions we had. This lady is top tier!

Light PT is wonderful! My child made a huge amount of progress in just 3 months. He is 10 and has never been able to ride a bike but Julie taught him how and now he’s riding all over our neighborhood! Julie is patient and understanding with my son while also keeping him on track and not letting him give up. She really works wonders! Thank you so much!

I had been having hip and knee pain on stairs and short hikes for several years and lower back pain for decades. After working with Julie for several weeks and correcting posture and adding strength I was able to Hike 120 miles in 12 days with no Knee of hip trouble. Truly Life changing for me.

As someone who has had chronic pain for 10+ years I've been through it all. Pain meds, chiropractic care, massage therapy, water therapy, etc. Nothing helped my lower back and hip pain until I saw Julie. In 2 months she helped me fix years of chronic pain. I can sit on the floor with my great nieces and nephews and play with my kids with no pain and I am so unbelievably grateful. Can't wait to get back to doing all the things I loved before!

Julie is a genuinely kind and extremely knowledgeable physical therapist. She really knows how to help decrease pain and improve how you feel physically in an environment where you will feel comfortable and like someone is actually listening to you and cares about you as a person. She works with you to provide personalized care that fits your individual needs which is awesome. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs PT!

Dr Light is very professional and genuinely cares about patients. I'm so glad she's here. We needed a physical therapy clinic in Anchorage that provides better service and treats patients like individuals with custom treatments instead of rotating people in for the one-size-fits-all exercises. Just my 2 cents, having been to another place in Eagle River where they didn't even provide me with any material to take home, and quickly scratched down a handwritten list (with no descriptions) when I did ask for the exercises. Not very useful. Give Light Physical Therapy a try. Helpful that the clinic is right in the center of town, too.

Nice little physical therapy clinic owned by Julie. You work directly with Julie 100% of the time. I had issues after a sprained ankle with my range of motion. She helped loosen up my ankle allowing me to get back into running and daily activities. Small clinic, but great 1 on 1 service.

Julie is an outstanding PT that genuinely cares for her patients. I highly recommend her.

I have been treated by Dr.Light twice. Once for a fractured shoulder and recently for lower back pain. Dr. Light is not only pleasant to work with, she has my 85 year old body out and moving! I am walking over a mile now and working on more. Pain? Dr. Light leaves you with the knowledge and skills to manage it. I highly recommend Dr. Light Therapy.

I want to express gratitude to doctor Light for the physical therapy that she provided me as I struggled to get my strength back after two surgeries, and several weeks lying in the hospital beds. It really helped that she was willing to come to my home and help me here. While she was with me I was encouraged to work to get stronger and to challenge myself to do exercises I normally would not do, to climb stairs. I normally would avoid to take the elevator. She took the time to explain the benefit of each exercise, and why we were doing it. It is with pleasure that I recommend her services to anyone in need of some physical therapy help I don’t believe you will ever go wrong when using her to feel better

Amazing and Caring Julie Light, my Physical Therapist treated me for a shoulder problem in 2022. From the first session, Julie was the most amazing and caring person…she truly was interested in me and provided the best advice. She is very professional, personable, always on time and had great ideas for my treatment; as well as always being concerned with the pain level.

Julie gave me tips to relieve my pain. She suggested I use a small pillow next to the bed pillow to make a wedge for my shoulder. This worked beautifully and I am still doing this with much success. I was never given a lot of exercises to do at home. Rather I had activity modifications, that I could easily work into my daily activities and these helped tremendously!
Anyone is definitely in the BEST hands with Julie Light as their Physical Therapist! I highly recommend Julie!

Would Absolutely Recommend Her to Anyone I highly recommend Julie Light, Physical Therapist, for her exceptional professional skills and treatment. I first met her last fall when my pain doctor sent me for another round of physical therapy in the hope that it would help with my unrelenting back pain. Frankly, I didn’t expect much as I’d been through it all many times before, without much relief. This time was different.

Ms. Light did a thorough assessment, listened carefully to what I had to say, and developed a plan of treatment. I saw her twice a week for six weeks. The time I had with her helped me immensely, and those results have stayed with me even all these months later. She helped me learn to walk differently, decreasing the load on my stressed vertebrae and her treatments gave me more improvement each week.

She has a very pleasant personality and makes her patients feel comfortable as they work with her. She really knows her business. I would go back to see her in a heartbeat if I needed further physical therapy work done, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs that kind of help.
